Bankruptcy Fraud

Fraud in the Bankruptcy Courts is well-known. Following is proof that not only did fraud occur, but that the purported bankruptcy trustee, Lawrence Fisher, of the lawfirm of Gardner Carton & Douglas, paid a bribe to the Bankruptcy Judge, but also converted estate property to his own.

The Bankruptcy Judge had the trustee and trustee attorney represent the Judge in a legal action, and then charged the estate for the legal services provided for the judge's personal benefit.
