In a period of 2 years additional contact with this FBI agent occurred, where the FBI agent was informed about other unlawful events that had occurred in this case, or as a result of this case.
Due to the failure of the FBI to seriously investigate the case and report these unlawful acts to the U.S. Attorney for prosecution, other Illinois judges and Federal judges became involved in this unlawful scam. If the FBI had taken action, only one judge would have been involved, instead of several judges at this time.
In hindsight, the actions taken by the Illinois judges and the Federal judges were unlawful as they were actions in treason, Misprision of Treason, corruption, defrauding the governments involved, etc. As only one example, see Federal judge engaged in criminal acts.
CLR is posting a letter directed to Kathleen L. McChessney, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Chicago office, dated July 23, 2001. While it is the usual practice of CLR not to publish any letter until the recipient has received the letter and had time to respond, CLR believes that this situation is different, since the FBI has had since 1993 to respond to the actions reported.
Following are only some of the reports of unlawful action
that occurred in the Illinois courts and in the Federal court. All letters
are in pdf format.
