Federal Judges

The following judges have been charged with misconduct by members of the public or by judges.  Any additional information that you can provide us will be appreciated.

The law is clear and well-settled that there is no presumption of jurisdiction by Federal judges. In Federal Court the judge must be certain that his/her court has jurisdiction, both subject-matter and in personam jurisdiction. By the filing of any action in any Federal court, the judge must first determine that he/she has jurisdiction. However, the Federal judges in the Northern District of Illinois ignore the question of jurisdiction and, if the court is without jurisdiction, the orders issued are void. CLR knows of at least several instances, where the judges of the Northern District of Illinois have issued void orders.

Without jurisdiction, the judges are not cloaked with any legal authority, but are acting in their personal capacity.

Upon becoming a judge, he/she takes an oath to support the U.S. Constitution [Article VI, clause 3]. After taking such oath, when the judge engages in an act to violate the U.S. Constution, or when the judges fails to protect or support any party pursuant to the U.S. Constitution, he is not acting in a judicial capacity, but only in his person.

When a judge collects any salary for his/her non-judical acts, he/she is defrauding the very government which he/she is paid to represent. He/she has, in effect, received stolen property. And anyone who benefits from this stolen property has been the recepient of stolen property, including his/her spouse, siblings, children, grandchildren, parents, etc. They are all in possession of stolen property.

Ignorance of the law, especially on
the part of a Federal Judge, is no excuse.
